GOLDEN APPLE
Golden Apple Holdings Inc, trading as RE/MAX Golden Apple is a company owned by Darwin Henry and Lenin Volney, two cousins who saw a need in the Real Estate market in St. Lucia and decided to try to fill it.
Lenin Volney is an Attorney-at-law licensed to practice in St. Lucia, Australia and the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. His background is in Economics, Education, Accounting, and Law.
He is happy to provide our clients with information and recommendations to ensure that your purchase and/or sale is handled by professionals within the Country – similar to those experiences you would expect in a large, developed country.
Lenin holds St. Lucian, Canadian, and Australian citizenships and has lived and worked in all three.
Additionally he understands the point of view of expats and ensures that the services provided by RE/MAX Golden Apple and our agents is of the highest standard just like you would expect from any other RE/MAX office and Agent worldwide.

We aim to provide St. Lucians access to
the wider RE/MAX Global Network. Golden Apple Holdings Inc. is our company name, and we trade under the name RE/MAX Golden Apple.
The name ‘Golden Apple’ was taken from the restaurant in Gros-Islet and was the home of both my father and my Auntie (my business partner’s mother).
As one of the 8,500 offices with 140,000 plus agents worldwide, RE/MAX Golden Apple allows locals wishing to sell their property access to the world.
We had our Grand Opening in June of 2022 and have now signed up additional RE/MAX Affiliates who fly the RE/MAX Balloon and are professionals in the business.

Additionally, we, as a RE/MAX franchisee, have standards, expectations, and responsibilities to the wider RE/MAX Network (and many client’s local RE/MAX Agents) to ensure that we keep the good name of RE/MAX alive and thriving.
